  • This name will show up as the "Teacher" on the course listing page. If you do not wish the name to show up as the teacher, please use the "Additional users" field below.
  • Please provide the CWLs and indicate the level of access for each user (e.g., ssmith - Student).

    Course roles and levels of access available:

    • Teacher (co-owners) - can create and edit content and grade students.
    • Course Assistant - can create and edit content and grade students
    • Designer - can create and edit content
    • Student - read-only access

    In order for your additional users to be added into your course, you will need them to activate their CWL with Canvas by logging into canvas.ubc.ca with their CWL at least once. Please have your additional users do so before submitting this form.

    If you do not wish to wait for your additional users to provide their CWLs and log in to Canvas, you can also email ets.educ@ubc.ca to add them at a future date.
